Michael T. Hopkins

Mike Hopkins has tried more than 60 cases, with over 50 of those to a jury. He has litigated cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He has represented corporations, businesses, advertising agencies, inventors, authors, artists, architects, software developers, photographers, and others. He has written and lectured extensively on various intellectual property law topics.

Mike practices in all courts throughout Wisconsin, and in various Federal Courts throughout the United States. He has briefed and argued numerous federal and state court appeals. He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification (formerly the National Board of Trial Advocacy), which is accredited by the American Bar Association. Mike Hopkins is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, published by Martindale-Hubbell.®

Mike has practiced law since 1981. He lives in the Milwaukee area with his family.
